How You Can Help Fight ALS
Your support to the ALS Society of Canada will keep alive the hope of finding a cure for ALS through our research program and it will help support our partner units in their provision of quality care for those affected by ALS. There are number of different ways you can help:
Donate:
General Donation
Support ALS Society of Canada in our mission by making your gift online. You will receive a confirmation of your donation by email with an official tax receipt, in PDF format, included.
In Memory of Someone Special
Make a donation in memory of a family member, friend or colleague. The ALS Society of Canada will send a card on your behalf acknowledging your thoughtful donation. You will receive a confirmation of your donation by email with an official tax receipt, in PDF format, included.
In Honour of Someone Special
Donate in honour of someone on a special occasion or for a special achievement such as birthday, graduation, research discovery, specific holiday, anniversary, or wedding. The ALS Society of Canada will send a card on your behalf acknowledging your thoughtful donation. You will receive a confirmation of your donation by email with an official tax receipt, in PDF format, included.
Considering Becoming a Monthly Donor
Please join our Circle of Hope Monthly Giving Club. Supporting the ALS Society of Canada through this convenient monthly program is a trouble-free, cost-efficient way to help all year round with a small gift of your choice. Your annual receipt will be sent to you at the beginning of each year. You can change or cancel your monthly gifts at any time.

United Way Donations
You can designate your United Way contributions to the ALS Society of Canada. Let your company United Way representative know that you wish to designate your contribution to the ALS Society of Canada. They will provide you with all of the information that you will need to designate your gift.
Matching Gifts
Double your gift. Find out if your company has a Matching Gift Program. A Matching Gift is a corporate gift that either equals or exceeds your contribution to the ALS Society of Canada. Ask the human resources department to provide you with the necessary form to fill out and send to us.
Good Deed Shopping
You can also help the ALS Society of Canada by shopping at major online retailers through this site. A percentage of your spending is donated by the retailer to the ALS Society of Canada.
