Waumer Walk for ALS

My Uncle Dennis was diagnosed with ALS just over 9 years ago.

Since being diagnosed with ALS my Uncle Dennis, family and friends have been holding an annual walk-a-thon in Cobourg on or about the time of Dennis' birthday.

In the past 9 years my Uncle Dennis, family and friends have managed to raise over $480,000 to donate to the ALS society to help find a cure for this terrible disease. My Uncle Dennis has dealt with this disease in a way that no other man could possibly do.  He is the strongest man I know, and he makes our entire family feel very proud and blessed to know someone so courageous.
 
One small way we can help is to support this walk-a-thon by participating in the walk or to donate money to find a cure for ALS.
